Challenge
Copy this passage carefully into your books. Underline the verbs
in one colour, the adjectives in another colour and the nouns
in a different colour.
The children walked down to the beach. The sky was blue with
only a few clouds dotted around. It was going to be a beautiful
day. Bob, Tom and Kate were looking forward to building sandcastles.
They each had a red bucket and green spade. All they had to do
now was decide where the castle was going to be built.
