Literacy Task - Past Tense
To change most words into the past tense you add -ed. However,
some change completely (e.g. take becomes took). Say the words
in your head to see if they sound right. Remember, the past tense
has already happened.

the word in the bracket that is in the past tense.

behind him.
- The crowd (clapped, claps, clap) after Crewe scored a goal.
- Yesterday I (sung, singed, sang) in the school choir.
- When Jessie got out of the stream she (shook, shaked, shaking)
all over Mr. Cockcroft.
