Chase Your Tail

(Idea contributed by Sarah Hobson)

Sarah writes: 'This is a really good way to get children to think about defending and marking.

The children should all tuck a PE band into the top of their shorts (so it looks like they've got tails!) On the teacher's signal the children should all try and collect as many bands as possible whilst trying to stop other children getting their own (they are not allowed to hold onto their own tail with their hands!) After a time check to see who still has their band and who has collected the most. '
